Journal
For years I lived almost entirely in my head — planning, analysing, holding everything together. My body was something I managed, not somewhere I lived.
The way back, I have found, is rarely dramatic. It begins with small moments of listening: the breath, the tightness in the shoulders, the flutter that says yes or the heaviness that says no.
This is where our work begins too — not by fixing you, but by helping you feel at home in your own body again.
